Maggie is a Senior theatre major with a dance minor from St. Louis, MO. This is her second year serving as Marketing director of Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre. She is currently working at Kirkland Fine Arts Center as a house manager. In addition to her administrative work she also has been involved in 4 shows here at Pipe Dreams: Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (ensemble), A Nightmare on Backstreet (Tee)and The Last Smoker in America (Phyllis) and Nevermore (Player 4). She is also a member of Millikin's sketch comedy group, Un Bit Butter, an active member of Tri Delta Sorority and has spent the last 3 summers performing at Six Flags Saint Louis.
Victoria (Director of Development and Marketing) is the Director of Development for this season and next season and is the Marketing Director for Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre. This is her second semester of Pipe Dreams, after one semester as Development Interim. She is a sophomore Theatre Administration major. She recently assistant stage managed two shows through the Decatur Park District and is currently teaching dance classes there.
Laney is a sophomore Theatre Administration major from St. Charles, IL. Besides being a part of the Pipe Dreams company, Laney is also the Vice President of Administration and Finance for Panhellenic Council, the Secretary of Delta Delta Delta, and on the cheerleading team. She is super excited to be working for Pipe Dreams this semester because she loves being a part of theatre and doing administrative work.
Elizabeth is a Stage Management major here at Millikin and is excited to get the chance to be a part of the Pipe Dreams Company. She has worked with the company before on [title of show] (Production Assistant; PDST), Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (Run Crew; PDST), and was in What I Didn't Learn in College (Jenna; PDST). Other credits outside of the company include Umbrella Escapades: A Devised Work (Ensemble Member; Millikin), Eleemosynary (Stage Manager; Independent Study), the New Musicals Workshop of 2016 (Production Assistant; Millikin Winter Immersion) and will be working on Nice Work If You Can Get It (Assistant Stage Manager; Millikin) and the New Musicals Workshop of 2017 (Production Manager; Millikin Winter Immersion). She looks forward to doing all she can to help the company grow and expand throughout the Millikin and Decatur communities.
Taylor is a sophomore double major in Theatre and Communications. In the Pipe Dreams company, she is the head house manager and also helps run the social media accounts. This is her first semester working with Pipe Dreams, and is so excited to see what opportunities this program has. Being a part of a completely student run company is such a great learning experience, and she can’t wait to be a part of it!
Brittany is a sophomore BFA Stage Management major at Millikin University. This is her first year working with Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre, and she has had some amazing experiences so far. She loves that Pipe Dreams provides a place to practically explore how a theatre is run, while getting to be a part of creating various theatrical experiences for our audiences, actors and artistic staff. Brittany is excited to continue working with Pipe Dreams and is looking forward to her continued growth as a company member.
Lauren Villarreal is a sophomore BFA Stage Management major with a music minor from Hemet, California. This is her first year working with Pipe Dreams Studio Theatre, and she is incredibly excited to work with such an outstanding group of artists. Previously, Lauren has assistant stage managed The Addams Family, and Little Shop of Horrors at Millikin, and is looking forward to new opportunities though Pipe Dreams
Ike Brown has had experience in the technical side and the acting side of pipedreams in the past, but now he has become a part of the business side. He has minor experience with this, because he worked with his high school theater on the Teen Advisory Board.
Faye Alba is a sophomore Theatre Administration major from Des Plaines, Illinois. This is her first semester in the Pipe Dreams company and is looking forward to learning how to run this great organization and creating more experiences in managing the arts. Other than her passion for Theatre, Faye is also involved with hip-hop dance group Physical Graffiti and is a member of sorority, Pi Beta Phi, at Millikin University. Faye can't wait to see how much Pipe Dreams will grow this year!
Kathryn Joost is a senior BA Theatre major from the south side of Chicago. Previous experience includes The Magic Pinafore (Assistant Stage Manager) (Millikin Mainstage), and she is currently stage managing Of Tricks and Trades: A Mozart Double Bill (Millikin Opera Series). Kathryn is also an active member of national theatre organization Alpha Psi Omega, in addition to being heavily involved with Millikin's choir program, singing with Collegiate Chorale for the 2016-2017 year.
